Neda Khaledi (Ph.D.)
Clinical Innovation Lead
Neda Khaledi is a former Associate Professor and PhD-trained researcher with extensive experience in clinical research, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. As the Clinical Innovation Lead at Promis Medical Centre, she works at the intersection of primary care, research, and community engagement to support the delivery of high-quality, forward-thinking healthcare services.
In this role, Neda focuses on designing and implementing innovative clinical tools, preventive care frameworks, and collaborative models that enhance the quality and effectiveness of primary care. She actively connects the clinic with community partners, allied health professionals, and research groups to translate evidence-based innovations into practical, patient-centered solutions.
A core objective of her work is to support clinicians by integrating preventive and data-informed approaches into everyday practice. This includes developing tools that improve early risk identification, personalized care planning, and long-term health management—helping shift care from a reactive model toward a proactive, preventive primary care approach.
Through clinical innovation, research translation, and continuous quality improvement, Neda contributes to positioning Promis Medical Centre as a community-connected, prevention-focused clinic committed to delivering accessible, efficient, and future-ready healthcare.
